ART. 1 OFFER
The offer on the webshop is kept up to date as much as possible and described with the correct information, but we are not responsible for any errors in stock and colour representations on the screen. BROL has the right to cancel orders and purchases when stock levels do not allow it. In this case, a refund or exchange will be arranged with the consumer.
The offer is valid while stocks last and can be modified or withdrawn by BROL at any time. We cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product.
- Finished products
These products are made by hand on the knitting machine in the workshop. These products are made with quality yarns. Because of the handwork, small imperfections can always occur. Nevertheless, we try to manufacture and finish all products as carefully as possible.
Orders for pre-orders will be processed within the timeframe stated. Payment is made together with the order. The customer has 14 days to cancel the order and request a refund.
ART. 2 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights on materials developed by Brol that have been made available are held exclusively by us and are protected by intellectual property rights.
The consumer only acquires the rights of use and powers granted in these general terms and conditions. The consumer shall not reproduce, make public or use these materials for his own commercial purposes. Also products based on the knitting patterns and workshops offered may not be used commercially without our permission.
ART. 3 PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices on the website are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Any additional costs shall be borne by the consumer.
Brol reserves the right to change the prices of goods at any time.
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a summary of your order and the total amount, including shipping costs.
An order is not complete until the payment has been made. Payment is made in a secure environment via bancontact, mastercard or paypal.
Brol reserves the right to block or cancel orders if payment problems arise.
ART. 4 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the context of distance selling to consumers who fall within the scope of the law, the consumer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces the purchase, without payment of any penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery. The product is in perfect and unworn condition. If the consumer invokes this option, he must return the goods at his own risk and expense to the BROL head office.
ART. 5. LEGAL WARRANTY
Brol undertakes to deliver products in good condition. If this is not the case, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. In addition, when purchasing finished products, the customer receives a free repair service that is valid up to 1 year after purchase for accidental damage. The goods are sent at the customer's own risk and expense.
ART. 6 EXCHANGING AND RETURNING
- Products purchased from the webshop can be exchanged within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery. They can then be exchanged for another product or the purchase can be refunded. Shipping costs already paid will not be refunded. Returned products must be in perfect and unworn condition.
- The consumer must inspect the delivered goods upon receipt. If imperfections are suspected or if the goods do not conform to the agreement, the consumer must contact BROL immediately. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, a refund, exchange or repair will be offered.
In both cases we ask you to contact us as soon as possible by mail at email@example.com. We do not accept returns or repairs without prior communication by mail.
If there is a difference in price between the exchanged and new product, that difference will be charged either by payment by the consumer or by reimbursement by BROL. Both the shipping costs for the return and the possible new costs for sending the product back for repair or exchange are to be paid by the consumer.
A product must be returned in proper packaging. This means that the product must be packed in such a way that further damage to the knitwear is avoided. An article that is sent loose in a box will not be accepted as a valid return.
Brol reserves the right to refuse returns when it suspects that the articles have already been used or when it suspects damage caused by a party other than the seller or supplier of the article.
Exchanges and returns from a point of sale: If you have purchased a product in one of our points of sale, you must arrange all further follow-up through that same point of sale. Repairs are also accepted up to 1 year after the purchase of the product.
Customised orders and repairs cannot be returned.
ART. 7 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping can be done in 3 ways:
- Collection from the workshop in Berlaar by appointment
- Delivery via bpost in Belgium (€5.70)
- Delivery via bpost to a collection point (€4.70)
- Delivery via bpost in the Netherlands, France, Germany (€16.40)

Products in stock are shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The delivery period from then on is 2 to 3 working days. However, BROL is not liable for any delays.
Products ordered via pre-order will be dispatched after the production time stated on the website. If this period is delayed by more than 7 days, BROL will contact the consumer. The consumer then has the right to cancel the order and request a refund, as long as the product has not yet been shipped to the consumer.
Customised products and repairs are delivered according to the agreed delivery time.
Brol is not liable for loss, damage or theft during shipment.

ART. 8 PRIVACY
The personal data of the purchaser are processed in accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data.
